Role Overview

The Luxury Showroom Communicator represents the refined aesthetics and quality standards of Spread Home Products Pvt. Ltd. The role is responsible for delivering a sophisticated, personalized shopping experience by guiding discerning customers through premium home linen collections, including bed linen, bath linen, comforters, curtains, cushions, and mattresses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, elegant, and professional welcome to all showroom visitors
• Understand customer lifestyle preferences and translate them into suitable home linen solutions
• Confidently communicate product craftsmanship, fabric quality, thread count, GSM, finishes, and care guidelines
• Advise customers on color palettes, textures, layering, and coordinated collections
• Present pricing, premium offers, and curated combinations with discretion and clarity
• Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups
• Maintain immaculate product presentation, folding precision, and visual merchandising standards
• Coordinate seamlessly with billing, inventory, and operations teams
• Handle customer feedback, exchanges, and concerns with empathy and brand sensitivity
• Support seasonal launches, festive edits, and exclusive in-store experiences

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred; background in textiles, fashion, lifestyle retail is an advantage
• 2–4 years of experience in premium or luxury retail (home décor, textiles, fashion, or lifestyle brands)
• Excellent communication skills with a polished and confident demeanor
• Strong understanding of fabrics or willingness to master product knowledge
• Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and customer-centric mindset
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic retail software

Salary- 25,000.00 to 30,000.00 Monthly
