Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Site Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the Civil and Interior Fit outs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in supervising on-site activities to ensure timely project delivery within quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling on-site challenges, solving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with project teams, clients, and consultants.

Primary job location will be Noida; however, the position is transferable and may require relocation to any project site across India based on organizational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Ensure timely execution of civil and interior fit-out works as per project schedule.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and the internal project management team.
• Conduct site inspections to identify issues, track progress, and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to material and workmanship standards.
• Manage and supervise site labor and subcontractors.
• Address technical and engineering challenges arising at the site with proactive solutions.
• Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and quality monitoring.
• Ensure safety measures and protocols are implemented at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in site supervision for civil and interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to relocate occasionally based on project requirements across India.
