About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee commercial construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth on-site execution, maintain quality standards, and coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction and interior fit-out activities.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Monitor material usage, site safety, and overall site cleanliness.
• Prepare and share daily progress reports with management.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain smooth workflow and timelines.
• Manage labor teams and ensure productivity targets are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interiors or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of reading technical drawings and site coordination.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage labor efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as WhatsApp, Excel, and email communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
• Prior experience in commercial interiors, retail store fit-outs, or office projects.
