Candidate should be from Graphics, Signages, Frosted film's manufacturing & service providing company.

Monitor and check staff performance levels, ensuring that work is carried out within set deadlines, budget, and quality standards

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective operations

Plan projects, establish project objectives, and ensure that they are carried out successfully

Prepare and present reports to upper management on team performance, progress, and issues

Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors

Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol

Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries

Handling site accidents by established accident protocol

Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance

Evaluating the performance of employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed

Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications

Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency

Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials

Ensuring all equipment is in working order and good condition

Attending any on-site meetings or events
