Key Responsibilities:

• Trace absconding or unreachable customers using available databases and field visits
• Verify addresses and update accurate contact information
• Coordinate with collection and recovery teams
• Submit detailed reports on tracing activities

Requirements:

• Strong investigation and observation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable with fieldwork when required
