Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and creative Social Media Strategist cum Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and executing impactful social media strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, content planning expertise, team coordination skills, and performance marketing understanding.

This role requires someone who can both think strategically and execute efficiently while managing clients and internal teams.

  • Key Responsibilities🔹 Strategy & PlanningDevelop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Create monthly/quarterly content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
  • Identify trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Plan organic and paid social campaigns.
  • 🔹 Content & Creative DirectionGuide the creative team for high-performing posts (reels, carousels, static creatives, etc.).
  • Write engaging captions and oversee brand tone consistency.
  • Approve creatives before publishing.
  • Ensure brand positioning and storytelling are maintained across platforms.
  • 🔹 Performance & AnalyticsTrack KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, and follower growth.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize content strategy based on data.
  • Coordinate with paid ads team for campaign scaling.
  • 🔹 Client & Team ManagementManage client communication and presentations (if agency role).
  • Lead brainstorming sessions.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers.
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns.

  • Required SkillsStrong understanding of content strategy & social trends.
  • Experience in managing brand pages (minimum 2–3 active accounts).
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing & lead generation funnels.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing.
  • Experience with Canva / Adobe / CapCut (basic understanding).
  • Understanding of SEO for social & LinkedIn growth strategies.
