Job Description

  1. Develop and execute a complete social media strategy aligned with the Indian Beauty market.
  2. Drive organic growth and engagement across Instagram & Facebook.
  3. Increase CTR and qualified website traffic through effective captions, clear CTAs, and optimized creatives.
  4. Plan, execute, and monitor both paid and unpaid social media campaigns.
  5. Manage creator collaboration across social media platforms like Instagram, Youtube etc.
  6. Work closely with marketing and web teams to improve conversion rates (CRO) from social media traffic.
  7. Maintain a balanced approach between organic reach and paid visibility.
  8. Create and manage content calendars based on Indian Beauty trends, seasons, and customer buying behavior.
  9. Track, analyze, and optimize performance using analytics and platform insights.
  10. Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities within the Indian Beauty market.
