We’re growing rapidly across Instagram and Facebook and are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and help us scale organically and through smart digital strategies.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a female social media marketer who understands how to use social media strategically — not just to post content, but to grow brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic using SEO, analytics, and platform algorithms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook accounts for the brand.
• Plan and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
• Optimize posts using SEO-based keywords, hashtags, and trends to increase visibility.
• Analyze insights, reach, and engagement to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team for reels, captions, and visual consistency.
• Research trends, competitor strategies, and new platform features.
• Drive organic traffic from social media to the brand website using effective linking, CTAs, and engagement tactics.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (fashion, beauty, or jewellery preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms, SEO basics, and audience psychology.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Female candidates only.
• Experience of working with Fashion & Lifestyle brands is a plus.
