About Us: Romio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a IT Software and Hardware Company and we cater to HORECA Industry . We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help us build a strong online presence.

Job Overview: As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content for our social media platforms. You will play a key role in developing our brand’s voice, increasing engagement, and driving traffic to our website.

·        Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and written posts) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

·        Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.

·        Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the brand’s voice, story, and objectives.

·        Trends Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to optimize content performance.

·        Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

·        Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns and promotions.

·        Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.

·        Graphic Design: Create simple graphics and visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.

·        Travel to different locations for shoots and stories. Travelling could be within the city or outside the city also .  

·        Qualifications :Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.

·        Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field . 

·        Skills: Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

·        Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design and video editing software).

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Creativity and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.

·        Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize content.

·        Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Preferred Qualifications: Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).

·        Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms.

·        Photography and video editing skills.

·        Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
