Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Create engaging content including captions, visuals, reels, and short-form videos
• Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with the community in a timely manner
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams
• Support paid social media campaigns when required
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
