Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and execute our social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content, engaging with our audience, and analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns. You will be a key player in helping to strengthen our brand’s online presence and drive meaningful engagement with current and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to ensure up-to-date strategies and content.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online community interactions to boost customer loyalty.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, etc.) and create actionable reports to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to create high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media marketing or a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
