Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Software Developer with hands-on experience in VB 6.0, VB.NET, and Crystal Reports to maintain, enhance, and support existing applications while contributing to new development as required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with legacy systems as well as modernizing components where applicable.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop,

• maintain, and enhance applications using VB 6.0 and VB.NET
• Design, develop, and modify Crystal Reports based on business requirements
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner
• Work with databases (e.g., SQL Server) for data retrieval, updates, and reporting
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Support application deployment, testing, and documentation
• Assist in migration or modernization of legacy VB 6.0 applications (if required)
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in VB 6.0 application development and maintenance
• Proficiency in VB.NET (Windows Forms / Web Forms, as applicable)
• Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports (designing and customizing reports)
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and writing SQL queries, stored procedures
• Understanding of SDLC, debugging, and performance optimization
