We are looking for a Software Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and provide technical assistance related to company software. The candidate will assist users with software issues and ensure a smooth customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and technical issues through chat support.
• Assist users with software installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information about product features and solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and support tickets.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Good written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of computer software and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand customer problems and provide effective solutions.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience: 1–3 Years
