  • Provide inputs to design team for single-line diagrams, cable sizing, and component specifications.
  • Present findings to sales team and clients with clear recommendations and cost implications.

4. Customer Relationship & Concern Resolution

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients from contract signing through commissioning and handover.
  • Address customer concerns regarding installation progress, quality, timelines, or technical queries.
  • Conduct customer walkthroughs during installation and final system commissioning/handover.
  • Manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

5. Quality Assurance & Technical Compliance

  • Ensure all installations meet SolarKraft quality standards, manufacturer specifications (Tata Power Solar), and CEA/DISCOM guidelines.
  • Conduct quality inspections at key milestones: foundation/mounting, panel installation, wiring, inverter commissioning, and final testing.
  • Verify DC cable sizing, earthing, surge protection, and metering compliance as per local DISCOM requirements.
  • Document all quality checks, test reports, and as-built drawings for warranty and compliance records.

6. DISCOM Coordination & Regulatory Compliance

  • Liaise with local DISCOMs (BSES, TPDDL, NDMC, etc.) for net-metering applications, technical approvals, and inspection clearances.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation: single-line diagrams, load flow studies, component datasheets, and installation certificates.
  • Coordinate DISCOM inspections and address any observations or compliance issues.
  • Stay updated on latest CEA/DISCOM regulations for rooftop solar and ensure all projects remain compliant.

7. Inventory & Material Coordination

  • Raise material requests with Inventory Manager based on project schedules and site requirements.
  • Track material deliveries to sites and coordinate reverse logistics for excess/returnable items.
  • Flag any material shortages, quality issues, or substitutions to Inventory and Design teams.
  • Maintain project-wise material consumption records for cost tracking and variance analysis.
