Spoken English Teacher

Job Overview:

As a Spoken English Teacher, you will be responsible for instructing students in the art of spoken English communication. Your primary goal is to enhance students' proficiency and confidence in spoken English through engaging and effective teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels.
2. Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons focused on improving students' spoken English skills, including pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and grammar.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is preferred.
2. Previous experience teaching English as a second language, particularly in spoken English instruction, is highly desirable.
3. Excellent command of the English language, including proficiency in pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping others improve their spoken English skills.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles and adjust teaching methods as needed.
