Job Title: Strategic Partnerships & Rider Acquisition Manager (EV Mobility)

Job Overview:
GBG EV is a fast-growing EV mobility company focused on deploying electric two-wheelers for last-mile delivery. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional who can build strong on-ground partnerships and drive rider acquisition for our EV fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with team leaders, store managers, and delivery riders from platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy, etc.
• Generate rider leads and convert them into vehicle allotments
• Visit multiple stores and hubs daily for partnerships and onboarding
• Build and manage a referral network for continuous rider acquisition
• Coordinate with internal operations team for smooth deployment of vehicles
• Track daily performance including leads, conversions, and active riders
• Ensure high rider retention through regular follow-ups and relationship management
Key Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Field sales / on-ground execution experience
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Basic understanding of delivery/logistics ecosystem (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate / Undergraduate (both can apply)
• Experience in logistics, delivery, fleet, or field sales is a plus
• Must be comfortable with field work and travel within city
