The role ensures that the company’s supply chain processes run efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with business objectives while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Plan and manage the overall supply chain activities including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and production to forecast demand and manage supply accordingly.
• Identify and manage relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost savings and quality compliance.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations in logistics and procurement operations.
• Lead the supply chain team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Coordinate import/export activities and ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs regulations (if applicable).
• Use ERP or supply chain management software to monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
