Job Title: Online Webinar Teacher / PTM Counselor (Evening Shift)

Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (3 Hours Daily)

Job Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic teacher who can conduct daily online webinars (PTM-style sessions) for parents and students. The role involves guiding families about school-level competitive entrance exams and motivating them to enroll in our free trial classes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct live online webinars using your own laptop (Zoom/Google Meet or similar platforms).
2. Interact with parents and students in a professional and engaging manner.
3. Provide detailed guidance about the following entrance exams:
4. Sainik School Entrance Exam
5. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance Exam
6. Rashtriya Military School Entrance Exam
7. Explain exam pattern, syllabus, preparation strategy, and career benefits.
8. Address parents’ queries and build trust.
9. Convince and motivate parents to register their child for our trial class.
10. Maintain proper follow-up coordination with the team (if required).

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and presentation skills (Hindi required, English is a plus).
• Confident in handling parents and students in live sessions.
• Basic knowledge of Sainik School, JNV, RMS or similar entrance exams preferred.
• Must have own laptop with stable internet connection.
• Comfortable working evening shift (7:30 PM – 10:30 PM).
• Prior teaching or counseling experience will be an advantage.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary (to be discussed during interview).
