Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of life insurance process executives
- Manage daily operations including policy issuance, underwriting support, endorsements, claims, renewals, and customer servicing
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor team performance using KPIs, scorecards, and productivity metrics
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Handle escalations from customers, clients, or internal stakeholders
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with QA, training, and compliance teams to maintain service excellence
- Prepare and share MIS, reports, and dashboards with management
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Strong knowledge of life insurance processes and terminology
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication (verbal & written) skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Working knowledge of insurance systems, CRM tools, and MS Excel
