*Experience:* Minimum 3–5 Years in Telecalling / Sales (Team Handling Mandatory)

*Working Hours:* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

### ✅ *Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage and supervise the telecalling and sales team

* Assign daily calling and sales targets to the team

* Monitor call quality and overall team performance

* Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets

* Handle customer escalations and resolve issues

* Maintain daily performance reports (Calls, Sales, Follow-ups)

* Train and guide new team members

* Coordinate regularly with management and provide daily updates

### ✅ *Skills Required:*

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Proven experience in telecalling or sales

* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)

* Excellent team handling and problem-solving abilities

### 💰 *Salary & Benefits:*

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)

Performance-based incentives in addition to salary
