Job Summary:

The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and exceptional service delivery. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members, managing workflows, and ensuring that team objectives are met. Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

○ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

3. Operational Oversight:

○ Ensure efficient workflow and processes within the team.

○ Allocate resources and manage workloads effectively.

○ Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

4. Performance Monitoring:

○ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.

○ Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.

○ Implement performance improvement plans when needed.

5. Communication:

○ Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management.

○ Communicate company policies, procedures, and goals to the team.

○ Facilitate regular team meetings and provide updates.

6. Quality Assurance:

○ Ensure all team activities adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.

○ Implement and monitor quality control processes.

○ Address and resolve any quality issues.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.

● Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.

● Strong leadership and organizational skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant industry software.
