Job Description
We are hiring a hands-on Team Leader – Inside Sales who can drive team closures, improve conversions, and take full ownership of follow-ups and revenue performance.
This is not a reporting-only or delegation-only Team Leader role.
We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to get the team to close sales, not just monitor them.
The ideal candidate should be someone who:
• can guide the team on how to close leads
• can step in and support on important calls when required
• can improve follow-ups, objection handling, and team conversion quality
• can ensure the team is properly working on leads till closure
This role is for a working / hands-on TL who is actively involved in the team’s performance and closures — not someone who only gives instructions from the side.
We work on inbound / warm leads and sell consultation-based programs, so strong experience in team conversion, follow-up systems, and lead closure management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of inside sales executives / counsellors
• Take ownership of team revenue, team conversions, and monthly targets
• Ensure the team is properly following up and closing leads
• Guide the team in live call handling, objection handling, and closing strategy
• Step in on important or difficult leads whenever required
• Improve team conversion rates through regular coaching and call feedback
• Ensure strong follow-up system through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Monitor daily team performance: calls, follow-ups, conversions, and closures
• Ensure no lead leakage and proper lead movement till final outcome
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and daily reporting
• Must be comfortable working on CRM systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and team monitoring
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years total sales experience
• Minimum 2 years experience as Team Leader / Senior Sales role with team handling
• Strong background in Inside Sales / Telesales / Counselling Sales
• Must have experience in driving team closures and team target achievement
• Should be a hands-on Team Leader, not only a reporting or backend manager
• Must understand follow-up systems, objection handling, and conversion improvement
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based role
• Must be comfortable using CRM for lead tracking, follow-ups, and team monitoring
Preferred Industry:

• High-ticket service sales

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked as a working TL / floor TL / active sales TL and knows how to improve the team’s closing performance on the ground.
Candidates with only field sales, only backend reporting, or only people management experience will not be suitable.
