Job Description
Infinity Technologies is looking for dynamic, results-driven Inbound Technical Sales Specialists to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual who excels at building rapport, solving problems, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.
As part of our PPC campaign for premium antivirus brands, you will handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their digital security. Your goal is to guide them toward the best protection for their devices and data.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Inbound Queries: Receive and manage inbound calls from customers regarding antivirus installations, renewal concerns, and general security questions.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Assess customer needs to recommend upgrades or comprehensive security bundles.
- Bundle & Sell: Pitch and sell integrated packages that combine premium antivirus licensing with long-term technical support plans.
- Technical Consulting: Provide high-level guidance on the benefits of different security layers (Firewalls, VPNs, Malware protection) to justify value.
- Meet Targets: Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Skills & RequirementsComputer Savvy: Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, common browser issues, and how antivirus software functions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections and transition a support-based inquiry into a sales closing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
- Equipment: Must possess your own reliable laptop and a high-speed stable internet connection.
- Experience: Previous experience in tech sales, BPO, or antivirus campaigns is highly preferred.
- Work Schedule & BenefitsShift: Fixed Night Shift (US/Canada hours).
- Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off).
