- Repair Laptop and Desktop
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues at both chip-level and card-level.
- Handle rework of SMD components, BIOS flashing, DC jack repair, and chipset replacements.
- Replace and repair laptop components including screens, keyboards, batteries, and RAM.
- Coordinate with procurement or inventory team for required parts or spares.
- Stay updated on latest laptop models and repair methods.
