Job Description
NUZN Infotech is looking for a Software Technical Support Executive to provide support for our software products.
Candidate should have basic knowledge of SQL Server and good computer skills to assist customers in resolving software issues.
Responsibilities• Provide technical support to customers on phone or remote desktop
• Help clients with software installation and troubleshooting
• Run basic SQL Server queries when required
• Guide customers on how to use the software
• Report technical issues to development team
Skills Required• Basic knowledge of SQL Server
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving ability
Preferred Candidate• Completed SQL Server / Software training
• 6 months training or internship experience preferred
• Candidate living near Janakpuri (within 10 km)
