Job Title: Technical Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager who can lead the technical team, handle commissioning activities, and ensure smooth execution of projects and after-sales support. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with team handling and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical support team

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.)

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints

Coordinate with sales, projects, and service teams

Monitor team performance and provide training

Handle escalations from clients and ensure satisfaction

Prepare MIS reports, service reports, and performance analysis

Maintain quality standards and compliance

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of commissioning and troubleshooting

Expertise in CCTV, Fire Alarm, and electronic security systems

Leadership and team management skills

Good communication and client-handling ability

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
