Job Title: Techno-Commercial Sales Executive / Manager Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Palam Delhi Reporting To: Sales Head / Director Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Techno-Commercial Sales professional who can bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and commercial sales strategy. The role involves understanding customer requirements, offering technical solutions, and driving business growth through effective sales execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Sales & Application SupportUnderstand product portfolio (e.g., specialty chemicals, silicone emulsions, coatings, etc.)
  • Provide technical solutions based on customer requirements
  • Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and application guidance
  • Coordinate with R&D and production teams for customized solutions
  • 2. Business DevelopmentIdentify new customers, markets, and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Expand market presence and achieve sales targets
  • 3. Commercial NegotiationPrepare quotations, pricing strategies, and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and payment conditions
  • Ensure profitability and margin targets are met
  • 4. Customer ManagementHandle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address technical and commercial queries
  • Manage complaints and provide timely resolutions
  • 5. Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends
  • Provide feedback for product improvement and innovation
  • Identify emerging applications and industries
  • 6. Coordination & ReportingWork closely with production, logistics, and finance teams
  • Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and MIS data
  • Ensure timely dispatch and payment follow-ups
  • Key Skills Required:Strong technical knowledge (preferably in chemicals, polymers, or related field)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to convert technical discussions into business opportunities
  • Problem-solving and customer-centric approach
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Polymer Science / Related Field
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred
  • Experience:2–8 years (depending on role level) in techno-commercial sales
  • Experience in chemicals, coatings, silicone, or specialty products preferred
  • KPIs / Performance Metrics:Sales revenue & growth
  • New customer acquisition
