Tele Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote products/services and explain their features and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.
• Convert leads into sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the sales team and report on call activity and outcomes.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
