Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, manage customer data, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills along with basic computer knowledge to support daily office operations in the real estate and facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Customer Handling

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding real estate or facility management services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
• Explain services, schedule site visits, and follow up with prospects
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and address basic queries

Computer & Office Operations

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel/software systems
• Enter call details, leads, and follow-up status accurately
• Prepare basic reports, call logs, and daily activity sheets
• Assist with documentation, emails, and office coordination

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with sales, site teams, and supervisors
• Support administrative and back-office tasks as required
