Telecaller

Roles & Responsibility:

·      Response all inbound & Outbound calls.

·      Provide information about IVF services to potential patients over the phone.

·      Answer incoming calls from patients and address their inquiries regarding IVF & IUI treatments, procedures etc.. and costs.

·      Schedule appointments for patients interested in IVF & IUI consultations or procedures.

·      Follow up with patients to remind them of scheduled appointments and provide any necessary instructions.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our database & Google Drive.

·      Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient appointments and treatments.

·      Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to the appropriate staff members when necessary.

·      Keep abreast of developments in IVF technology and procedures to provide accurate information to patients.

·      Adhere to confidentiality protocols when handling patient information.

·      Assist in marketing efforts by promoting IVF services during outbound & inbound calls and identifying potential leads.

COMMUNICATION – ENGLISH MUST.
