Job Title: Collection / Debt Recovery Agent

Location: Nawada

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring Collection / Debt Recovery Agents responsible for handling overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of payments. The role involves contacting customers, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining proper follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls and visits for payment recovery
• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collection
• Maintain records of customer interactions and payments
• Coordinate with internal teams for case updates
• Handle customer queries professionally

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified and non-DRA both are allowed
• Basic communication skills required
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Preferred Skills:

• Good negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of banking/finance collections
• Field work readiness

Working Conditions:

• Field + office work
• Flexible timing as per collection requirements
