Telecaller

Job Summary :

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves communicating with potential customers, explaining project details, generating interest, and converting leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Provide complete and accurate information about real estate projects (location, pricing, amenities, offers, etc.).
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Convince customers to schedule and attend site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visit arrangements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasion.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM OR Excel systems.
• Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills :

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
• Basic understanding of real estate sales (preferred).
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.

Qualifications Minimum:

• Minimum 12th pass.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
