As part of our expansion, we are hiring Senior Telecaller Executives to strengthen our seller onboarding and customer engagement teams.

• 🧾 Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective sellers and customers
• Explain ipshopy services and onboard new sellers
• Handle inbound calls and resolve queries professionally
• Follow up with interested leads and close conversions
• Maintain accurate lead and seller data in Excel / CRM
• Assist sellers with registration and product listing guidance
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
• Build long-term relationships with sellers and customers
• 🎓 RequirementsGraduate (Any Stream)
• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently in a WFH setup
