Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote services, answer inquiries and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet daily or monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiry in a professional manner.

- Provide accurate information about products, pricing and company policies.

- Generate leads.

- Maintain records of calls, customer details and feedback in the company database.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales target set by the management.

- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required Skills
