Telecaller

Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller – Sales to promote and sell Personal Loans and Business Loans over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Personal Loan and Business Loan products.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for documentation and loan disbursement.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
