GIBS is a fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in surveillance systems, infrastructure solutions, and technology services. We are looking for a professional Telecaller who can actively generate leads and support our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate qualified leads.

● Understand customer requirements and present GIBS’ IT solutions confidently.

● Maintain a database of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.

● Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development / Sales Team.

● Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

● Maintain call records, lead status, and update reports regularly.

● Build and maintain healthy relationships with prospects through professional communication.

● Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Skills & Requirements:

● 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (IT industry preferred).

● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

● Confident, professional phone etiquette with a positive attitude.

● Ability to understand and explain IT products/services clearly.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and maintaining call logs.

● Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.

Qualification:

● Graduate in any stream.

Work Schedule:

● Monday to Saturday

● 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
