Telecaller

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a young, energetic and dynamic person who knows how to create and maintain rapport with our partners. You will report directly to the Head Key Accounts on this role.

Position: Telecalling (International Process)

Total Exp: 0 to 5 years’ experience

Location: DELHI/PUNJAB/HARYANA

Qualification: 12th Pass

Field/Industry: Education Industry/Insurance Industry/Banking/Sales/B2B.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services or receiving inbound calls to assist customers
• Fixing appointments with Directors and owner of the business enterprises.
• Increasing client base
• Initiating calls to new leads to introduce products/services and answering queries from existing customers.
• Meeting daily or monthly KPIs, including call volume, sales targets, or lead conversion rates.
