We use AI to verify businesses, match buyers with the right sellers, and ensure quality across every transaction. We're in our early growth phase and building India's first trusted B2B supply chain network.

Role Description

We're looking for experienced telecallers to join as Seller Onboarding Specialists (Work From Home). Your job is simple — call business owners across India, introduce them to Tradoi, and help them get onboarded on the platform. This includes guiding them through GST/Udyam business verification and assisting with product listing. You'll be given leads daily and all calling infrastructure (CallerDesk + toll-free number).

This is a target-driven role. You'll have daily onboarding targets with incentives for every extra onboarding above the target.

Compensation:

- ₹10,000-15,000/month fixed pay

- Performance incentives — top performers earn up to ₹25,000/month

- 8 hours/day, 6 days/week, flexible timing between 9 AM - 9 PM

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience (mandatory)

- Strong communication in Hindi and/or English

- Comfortable speaking to business owners and MSMEs

- Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home

- Own laptop/computer with stable internet connection

- Target-driven mindset — you're motivated by incentives, not intimidated by targets
