Job Description
Make outbound calls to students and parents to provide information about courses, admissions, and institute services.
Handle inbound calls and answer queries related to courses, fees, batches, and schedules.
Follow up with prospective students regarding admissions and registrations.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and student details in the system.
Explain course features, benefits, and admission procedures clearly and politely.
Schedule counseling sessions or appointments for interested candidates.
Coordinate with the counseling and academic team when required.
Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude at all times.
