Job Title: Telecaller
Location: New Delhi
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound calls
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain call records and update customer details
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior experience as a telecaller or in telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work in a target-based environment
