Job Title:

Telecaller / Telemarketing ExecutiveJob

Summary:

We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to contact customers over the phone, provide information about products or services, and generate leads or resolve customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain products or services clearly and accurately
• Answer customer questions and handle objections politely
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (if required)
• Maintain call records and update customer information
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
• Achieve daily or monthly call and performance targets
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (local language and/or English)
• Clear and pleasant speaking voice
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to listen and respond effectively
• Patience and positive attitude
• Qualifications:Minimum: High school pass (12th grade)
• Prior experience as a telecaller is an advantage but not mandatory
• Work Environment:Office-based or remote (depending on company policy)
• Full-time / Part-time / Shift-based
