The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and providing information about our company's products and services. The Telecaller will also be responsible for writing proposals and should be well-versed in computer working. (Mac OS or Windows) Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to potential clients and generating leads. Providing information about our company's products and services. Writing proposals for potential clients. Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Providing excellent customer service to clients. Following up on leads and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role. Ability to write clear and concise proposals. Well-versed in computer working. Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Target-driven and self-motivated. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
