Telecaller

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with customers, promote products/services, and generate leads or sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Promote products or services and explain their benefits
• Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
