Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Dilshad Garden, Delhi
Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller who can communicate in any one of the following languages: Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada (mandatory). The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining services, and handling basic queries.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain company services and offers
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in Telugu / Tamil / Kannada (any one compulsory)
- Basic Hindi or English knowledge preferred
- Telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage
