Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and empathetic Telecaller to join our healthcare services team. The role involves handling patient calls, explaining healthcare services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and caring communication experience for patients and their families.

• Key Responsibilities

• Explain healthcare services clearly (home healthcare, dental care, diagnostics, etc.)
• Book appointments and follow up with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and call logs
• Handle patient queries politely and resolve basic concerns
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and operations team
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
• Pleasant voice and patient-friendly attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or calling software)
• Ability to handle calls calmly and professionally
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or medical calling is an advantage
