Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive – Mortgage Loans

Location: Delhi / NCR

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to promote Mortgage Loan products and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The role involves interacting with potential customers, explaining loan offerings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers and explain Mortgage Loan products
• Generate qualified leads for Secured Loans (Mortgage / LAP)
• Schedule appointments for Sales / Mortgage Managers
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain relationships
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Coordinate with Sales and Credit teams for smooth loan processing

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Prior experience in Loan, Banking, DSA, or Telecalling preferred
• Freshers with strong confidence and communication skills can apply
• Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude
• Basic understanding of Mortgage Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP) will be an added advantage
