Job Summary:

Looking for a confident Telecaller to handle outbound calls, explain services, and convert leads into sales. Good English communication is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain products/services and handle queries

Maintain records in CRM

Follow up on leads and build customer relationships

Handle objections professionally

Requirements:

12 th pass out or

Graduation preferred

Telesales experience is a plus

Good communication and listening skills

Ability to work under targets

Good spoken English (mandatory)
