Job Description

Zipypost Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a growing logistics company providing courier and parcel delivery services to online sellers. We are looking for a Tele Caller with good communication skills to connect with customers and help confirm delivery of parcels.

Key Responsibilities

1.Make outbound calls to customers who placed online orders but did not accept their parcels

2.Confirm customer availability and willingness to accept the delivery

3.Coordinate with sellers and internal teams for delivery confirmation

4.Handle customer queries politely and professionally

5.Maintain call records and update customer responses accurately

6.Follow company calling scripts and processes

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and politely
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/customer support is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of calling processes and customer handling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month
• Salary will depend on interview performance and communication skills
