📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Calling

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through website, ads, and campaigns
• Handle inbound enquiries from students/parents
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into admissions

2. Student Counselling (Basic Level)

• Understand student requirements (course, budget, location)
• Explain options for:
• MBBS in India & Abroad
• B.Tech, MBA, MD/MS programs
• Provide accurate and clear information about admission processes

3. Conversion & Sales

• Build trust and guide prospects toward final enrollment
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets
• Maintain strong follow-up pipeline

4. Data Management

• Update CRM/Excel with call details and lead status
• Track conversions and maintain reporting discipline

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with senior counsellors for detailed counselling
• Assist students in document collection and next steps
