Telecaller

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services and generate leads or sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers from provided data.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and conversions.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Handle customer queries politely and effectively.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good listening skills and patience.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Qualification:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory).
